Insurance Pools
1) "MOI Insurance Broker" LLP has been appointed as the Managing Broker of the Pool, according to the Agreement on General Terms for the Organization of Co-Insurance (Joint Activity) No. 527 dated January 20, 2021, for insuring the property interests of lessees (insured parties) of the JSC "Industrial Development Fund."
The Fund provides financing for enterprises in the manufacturing sector through leasing and lending. Under this program, enterprises in this sector can obtain financing through leasing and loans in line with the Concept for the Development of the Manufacturing Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period 2023-2029.
The Managing Broker has been designated as the representative and is delegated to oversee daily management and administration of the Pool.

2) In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 24, 2024, No. 58, approving the Rules for Insuring the Professional Liability of Medical Workers, we inform you about the establishment of a Unified Insurance Pool (UIP) for mandatory insurance of the professional liability of medical workers, effective October 2, 2024. The law will come into effect on October 23, 2024.

3) On the Establishment of a Voluntary Insurance Pool for the Property Risks of Borrowers of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC
"MOI Insurance Broker" LLP announces the establishment of a Voluntary Insurance Pool for the Property Risks of Borrowers of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Pool).
The Pool was established pursuant to Joint Activity Agreement No. 170 dated October 20, 2025, concluded between the participating insurance companies, under the administration of "MOI Insurance Broker" LLP.
The Pool operates as a simple partnership without forming a separate legal entity and has been created to ensure reliable and comprehensive insurance coverage of the property interests of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan’s borrowers, as well as to enhance the stability and balance of risk distribution among its members.

Objectives and key tasks of the Pool:

Establish unified approaches to insuring the property risks of DBK borrowers

Ensure guaranteed and timely fulfillment of insurance obligations

Strengthen the resilience of insurance coverage for large-scale and capital-intensive risks

Allocate insurance liability and indemnity payments among Pool members in accordance with predefined participation shares
The functions of the Pool Administrator are performed by "MOI Insurance Broker" LLP, which include organization of document flow, underwriting, reinsurance placement, contract administration, and coordination of claims handling processes.
The creation of the Pool is aimed at enhancing the stability of insurance protection for borrowers and ensuring transparency, coordination, and consistency among insurance companies operating in the market.
